RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Paradigm Earth. 

PRINTED BOOKS

Printed books may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the book must be unused and returned in its original, resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the Paradigm Earth website within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

SIGNED OR PERSONALIZED BOOKS

Signed or personalized books are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, eBooks and other digital downloads are final sale once access or delivery has been provided.

PREORDERS

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has shipped. After shipment, the standard printed-book return policy applies.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
