Welcome to Paradigm Earth. These Terms of Service govern your use of ParadigmEarth.com and purchases made through the Paradigm Earth online store.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Paradigm Earth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
ABOUT PARADIGM EARTH
Paradigm Earth is a California sole proprietorship located in Pleasanton, California. We provide books, educational materials, digital content, and related products and services.
ONLINE STORE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless Paradigm Earth has agreed to different terms for a bulk, institutional, wholesale, or resale order.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be shown during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected order.
SALES TAX
Paradigm Earth collects applicable sales tax where required by law. Tax amounts may vary depending on the customer's delivery location and applicable tax rules.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Standard shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or elsewhere on the Paradigm Earth website.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Paradigm Earth is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Printed books may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the book must be unused and returned in its original, resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Paradigm Earth within 7 days of delivery and provide the order number and photographs showing the problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Signed or personalized books are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

PREORDERS
Products offered for preorder may be purchased before they are available for shipment.
Expected publication, release, and shipping dates are estimates and may change.
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials, are final sale once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, uploaded, shared publicly, or commercially exploited without permission from Paradigm Earth or the applicable copyright owner.
BULK, INSTITUTIONAL, WHOLESALE, AND RESALE ORDERS
Purchases made through the Paradigm Earth online store are intended primarily for individual customers.
For bulk, institutional, wholesale, or resale purchases, including orders for churches, schools, ministries, bookstores, and other organizations, please contact Paradigm Earth at Orders@ParadigmEarth.com for ordering information, pricing, shipping arrangements, and applicable terms.
Bulk, institutional, wholesale, and resale orders may be subject to separate pricing, shipping charges, payment terms, return policies, and other conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, content appearing on ParadigmEarth.com, including original text, graphics, logos, educational materials, photographs, videos, downloadable materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Paradigm Earth and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Paradigm Earth's intellectual property to the customer.
Purchasing a Paradigm Earth product does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted material contained in that product except as permitted by law or with written permission from the applicable rights holder.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping information, and other information on our website.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when appropriate.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Paradigm Earth publishes books and educational materials that discuss scientific, historical, philosophical, biblical, and other subjects.
